Collegiate Gothic dining hall with center servery surrounded by formal refectory. Mezzanine has conference room and offices. Area is 40,000 SF; cost $13.5 million, finished in 2000.
Mechanical and Electrical Profile:
- 4-pipe HVAC with 184 ton load served from new campus cooling plant
- (2) hot water gas-fired boilers with 3,000 MBH heating capacity
- 277/480 volt electrical service with 1,000 KVA connected load
- 400 KW diesel emergency generator
