This 115,000 SF library opened in the summer of 2005 and occupies a prime position in the heart of the Rhodes campus. Mechanical design includes a chiller plant equipped with water-side economizer, humidification system, and UV light treatment in the AHU coil sections. Electrical design includes primary feeders from the campus grid, connection to a new generator for emergency loads, and special lighting systems.
