Large sports and meetings complex with (4) basketball courts, (2) squash courts, (3) racquetball courts, suspended running track, banquet room/kitchen and (10) lighted outdoor tennis courts. Western portion of building was existing gymnasium. Total area is 157,000 SF; construction was $17 million, completed in 1997.

• 4-pipe HVAC with 12 AHU's
• (3) gas-fired, hot water boilers, 6950 MBH total
• (2) electrical centrifugal chillers, 530 tons total
• 277/480 volt electrical service with 1500 KVA transformer
